I joined Thomas Pink as CFO when it I started my career in finance as a trainee trader, before becoming a partner at S&W Investments, co-managing c$1bn investing in companies globally.
As an equity investor I saw the impact of digital disruption on incumbents across many sectors and after 12 years decided to back the challengers, launching Redrice in 2017.
I’m fascinated by consumer psychology, always considering what determines consumer preferences and the success of one brand over another. I also love to help people succeed.
Founding Redrice has always been about building a business that I’d love to work in and ensuring other people would too.
-
Former Global CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi
In the late 90s I co-founded advertising agency Fallon London, and helped it grow from a start-up to a 190-person, multi award-winning agency. We went on to sell the business to Publicis, where I became Global CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi.
I’m passionate about all things ‘brand’. My focus at Redrice is helping Founders build long-term brand value - taking their brands from being part of culture, to shaping it.
-
Prior to joining Redrice, I worked at Deutsche Bank, advising some of the world’s biggest consumer brands on their M&A. I left this role and joined Redrice after realising I wanted to work more closely with challenger brands disrupting the status quo.
I love meeting Founders developing innovative and meaningful consumer products and services, particularly across health, community-led platforms, and femtech. My inbox is always open so if that’s you, then please get in touch.

Former CEO of Thomas Pink
I joined Thomas Pink as CFO when it was a small founder-led business with less than £10m in revenue. I managed the sale to LVMH, became CEO, internationalised the brand, took it online and reached peak sales of £75 million.
I get both the detail and the big picture, and love helping Founders simplify their business issues to ensure they focus on the key issues that will propel them forwards.
-
Before joining Redrice Ventures, I was an Associate at Primeiro Partners, a leading independent investment bank in the Philippines, where I advised clients in the real estate, technology, agriculture and logistics sectors. I was also a part-time faculty member at the Finance & Accounting Department of the John Gokongwei School of Management at the Ateneo de Manila University.
I hold an MBA from London Business School and a BS in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University (graduated cum laude.)

I’ve always thrived in competitive environments. From a young age, I always loved to win. My tennis career, which includes three Grand Slam singles titles and two Olympic gold medals, taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking.
For the past few years, I’ve channelled this mindset into investing, where possible focusing on British businesses that have the potential to create lasting impact and positive change. I’ve backed over 50 ventures in sectors from technology to fitness, hospitality to wellness.
As an investor, I’m driven by the same principles that guided my tennis career - the pursuit of excellence, the importance of teamwork, and the belief that success is achieved through smart decisions and long-term vision.
-
I’m proud to be a two-time Olympic gold medalist, four-time triathlon world champion, and three-time Ironman winner. Against my tutor's advice, I left my medical studies at Cambridge to pursue a career in sport. Over the years, I’ve made more than 20 investments in startups that inspire people to be more active and lead healthier, happier lives.
I have founded businesses and The Brownlee Foundation. Now a retired athlete, I consult on leadership and human performance. In 2022, I was appointed to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Athletes’ Commission, where I have worked on the role of emerging technologies in the Olympic Movement.
-
In 2015, I co-founded healthy eating start-up Mindful Chef, growing it from a bedroom to a 200 strong team and one of the UKs leading D2C brands. On a modest budget (total investment £8m) we scaled to £100m ARR and sold the business to Nestlé in 2024.
My role for a decade was CMO, leading a team covering acquisition, retention, brand and creative.
At Redrice, I bring a founder’s perspective and operator experience to support teams through the exhilarating and turbulent journey from startup to scale-up.
-
I’ve spent my career making financial operations smoother, more efficient, and ready to support growth. From managing multi-currency transactions and payroll to streamlining financial systems and ensuring compliance, I’ve worked across private family offices and corporate environments to keep everything running seamlessly. I love optimizing workflows, implementing better processes, and working closely with leadership teams to drive smarter decision-making.
I’m excited to bring that experience to Redrice, supporting the team in making impactful investments and helping businesses scale. I thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy creating structure in complexity, and love building systems that make a real difference. Being part of an investment firm that backs innovation is the perfect place to bring my passion for operational excellence and strategic problem-solving.
-
Co-Founder of Writtle Holdings
I left my role in corporate broking to co-found Writtle Holdings, which has become one of the largest private media groups in the UK. I’ve also seeded businesses such as Purple Bricks and Eagle Eye Solutions, supporting them through to IPO.
I'm fascinated by new technologies and trends. At Redrice, I offer operational advice, and have an extensive network of investors, senior operators and successful Founders.
-
B2B Tech Specialist
I’m an investor in early-stage Tech start-ups with a focus on applying innovations in science to address global issues.
From 2011 to 2020, I was the Investment Director at Sussex Place Ventures investing in areas such as Nanotechnology and Cloud-enabled digital twin management. Prior to a career in venture capital, I was an industry operator in the semiconductor sector, with a leading diode manufacturer in China.
I enjoy working with technical Founders to help them identify an application use for their innovation which unlocks a step-change increase in value.
